  Spices won't "go bad" but for optimal freshness and aroma we recommend using our Smoked Salt selections within 5 years of purchase date.  For other smoked spice selections we recommend using within 2 years of purchase date. We package our line in special aroma preservation resealable pouches which are convenient and have a superior aroma rating for an always fresh taste and smell.
